Positive: Staffs we're accommodating and attended to my needs. Home was cosy and clean. Negative: There were some insects & creepy crawlies which came in frm probably the pool area.Would be good if insecticides were provided. The gate lock was rusty and we already informed the staff when we were going out the next day after check in.That part was not acknowledged and lock not changed.So the gate was never locked.Good that we had 2 other main doors managed to lock. The location was abit hard to locate on the grab app.Correct address was given but 2 times our grabfood rider was sent to another location far off.Only when we put the address of the residence nearby did we get our food delivered.

Loved this Villa! Would definitely book again! Positive: Very clean and modern villa. Negative: The red centipedes!

Positive: Belle villa mais malheureusement pas bien entretenue, et pas très propre. Il y a une forte odeur d humidité au rez de chaussée. Présence de nombreuses fourmis dans le logement et la piscine est plus petite que je l imaginais. L’hôte est disponible et réactif. Negative: Le manque de propreté et les insectes dans les douches et la cuisine

Overall good stay and would stay again Positive: Cheaper than resorts at Nusa Dua. Host had good communication but hard to find location, as had similar name to the front property which was named "Dhramawangsa suites" Negative: Location is not convenient. It takes about 15 - 20mins to Nusa Dua, and due to isolated location grab car not easily available, sometimes waiting for a long time for it to come
