All in all a good holiday and property, but I doubt I will stay there again. I think you could get better bang for your Positive: The property was well kept, but the entrance and exterior of the villas was tired and shabby. You are literally backing onto a cow farm, which can be whiffy. Negative: Attention to detail, eg no where outside to dry your towels and bathers- no shade whatsoever, and the air conditioning does quiet work to cool the space , the bathroom was hot and stuffy. At night there is no security so factor that in. The towels are thin and old, they have turned grey instead of white, they need replacing.

In the end, I never even made it into the villa. The Booking.com customer service team never called me back as they had Positive: I have been a loyal Booking.com customer for many years, but I have never experienced anything as terrible as this. After a long and exhausting drive, I booked this villa expecting nothing more than a safe place to rest with my child. Instead, we were left standing on the street with nowhere to stay and no meaningful assistance. After hours of travel, finding yourself stranded with your child is not just inconvenient—it is completely unacceptable. I have always trusted Booking.com because I believed the platform stood behind its customers and ensured reliable accommodations. Unfortunately, this experience has completely undermined that trust. I sincerely hope this matter will be thoroughly investigated, those responsible will be held accountable, and the necessary steps will be taken to ensure that no other family is ever put in such a distressing situation. Negative: After contacting Booking.com customer support, I was told to wait 30 minutes while they tried to resolve the situation. While waiting outside with my child, I began to wonder why there was such an unbearable smell of manure around the property. The reason soon became obvious: there is a cattle shed located directly behind the villa’s fence. This important detail was not clearly disclosed in the listing. The constant smell makes the property extremely unpleasant and, in my opinion, unsuitable for a comfortable stay.

Vila na fotografiích působí opravdu velmi dobře a má velký potenciál. Zasloužila by si však pečlivější údržbu a odstraně Positive: Velikost vily je opravdu skvělá, stejně tak soukromý bazén, který jsme si velmi užili. Negative: Měli jsme od vily větší očekávání. Hned vedle vily je chov krav, takže je občas cítit nepříjemný zápach. Čalounění židlí bylo znečištěné, na zdech byly fleky, místy opadávala omítka a objevovala se lehká plíseň. Vila má velký potenciál, ale opravdu by si zasloužila více péče a údržby.
