Sira Rosa Villa 2BR with Rooftop Oasis

Positive: Clean and nice for a couple although hot water issue. Negative: Location wasn’t the best had to walk through a construction site to get to the villa. Will be nice once all villas have been built. Couldn’t run enough hot water for 2 people 5 minute shower, had lots of defects such as aircon leaks, gaps under doors, painting not finished properly. Mouldy rooftop area in parts, some doors not lock.

Overall a nice villa, great staff and good location Positive: We enjoyed our stay, the villa was nicely furnished and provided all the necessities we needed. Offered many services, the hosts and staff were very friendly and kept the place very clean (daily) , our favourite part was the rooftop , such a nice vibe to chill up there :) Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable, the shower pressure wasn’t that good either and there is lots of construction outside the door.

Терпимо Positive: Вилла новая, чистая и красивая. Есть все самое необходимое- шампунь, фен, кухонная утварь , кулер, полотенца.потрясающая террасса на крыше. Подойдет для компании 4 человек. Negative: Единственная построенная вилла из 8, вокруг стройка, очень много грязи, мусора и темнота. Жить тут одной девушке точно не подойдет. Полноценной дороги к вилле нет, идти ночью очень некомфортно, нет даже фонаря… Но самое отвратительное, что 2 дня не было воды. Ни принять душ, ни сходить в туалет возможности не было. Менеджер не сразу отвечал на сообщения.

Amazing villa. Positive: This place has everything you need. It’s really great! Negative: Beware: there is construction all around! It’s the only place that is done around 4 other villas and def you can hear them work. Not too crazy, it’s totally acceptable but if you expect sth remote and completely quiet, consider this. Also, don’t be shocked at the arrival: you have to go through trash mountains and construction site to get to your villa. You def need a scooter to get around. there are beaches closeby.

Negative: Alot moiquito , and outside is super super dark is not good for only girl
